Tier 1 Investor

This enables you to gain accelerated routes to settlement whilst maintaining your portfolio of investments in what remains one of the most important financial centres in the world.


Tier 1 Entrepreneur

This is for individuals who had joined or set up in business in the UK can extend their leave in this category and benefit from this route to settlement.

Tier 2 General

This permits skilled workers with a job offer to be sponsored by an employer who holds a licence. For workers already employed by a related company overseas Intra-company transfers allow skills transfer.


Tier 2 Ministers of Religion

This allows those with the particular vocational skills and experience to join their faith community in the UK.


Tier 2 Sports People

EU nationals

If you are a worker or self employed person from a Member State of the EU you can seek confirmation of your right to reside in the UK via the EU Settlement Scheme or the Pre-Settlement Scheme.

Protection Routes
