Sabrina Sandhu

Sabrina Sandhu is a senior immigration lawyer who was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2011. She has over 15 years’ experience in the practice of UK immigration law.


Sabrina’s thorough understanding of the workings of UK Visas and Immigration enables her to deal with a wide range of immigration cases for personal migration. She regularly deals with spouse, fiancé, civil partner, unmarried partner, EUSS, long residence, settlement (indefinite leave to remain), human rights/asylum, and British Citizenship matters. She also has experience of corporate immigration and the Points Based System, skilled worker applications. 

 

Sabrina has successfully secured visas for clients with complex immigration histories both within and outside the Immigration Rules, despite a history of refusals. She is empathetic and is able to cut to chase, identifying key issues quickly.

 

She graduated from University of Leicester in 2008 and completed her Legal Practice Course, at Nottingham Law School in 2009.
